It looks interesting, but I can't make that much of it, because of the
French. Also it keeps popping up a login-box for mebeeper.com.

But indeed it seems possible to count the quantity of contributions of
users in Wikipedia and sites like it, and maybe even some measure of
quality as in finding edits that did not get overwritten quickly.
