[LogiLogi-list] new layout

wow, I took me all day.

I got something running with the new layout over here

It is almost finished. I found most of the files needed.

I got some problem with the app/helpers/logi_helper.rb. I don't
understand why this is not possible ' <span
class="slash_separator">/</span></li>' at line 26

I've put the modified files in a public folder, excuse not working
fully with svn but I still don't feel confident and couldn't make a
quick patch. Here is the url:

The css can be taken from the running version at overbits.
