Sometimes KDiff3 is used on files that have thousands of lines. This means using the scroll bar or overview pane, to go to a specific line in a file, which is a laborious process.

What would be useful in this case would be a Go To Line menu item. This would display a dialog box like the Ctrl-F Find function.

In the Go To Line dialog box would be 3 radio buttons for File A, B and C. Underneath the buttons would be a box allowing a line number to be entered. When OK is clicked, KDiff3 would scroll to the entered line number for the chosen file.

Excellent suggestion. I was about to post the same. This is a basic feature supported in many diff tools.

+1 for this. I just wanted to log the same enhancement request. Make sure you assign Ctrl-G shortcut for this function.
