#390 True color derived from terminfo
Terminfo finally added a flag for true color mode (what they're calling direct mode). JOE should recognize this flag instead of relying solely on the COLORTERM environment variable. Probably we should support both for a bit since this was a workaround for the terminfo maintainer's initial unwillingness to implement this.
