#348 Scrolling doesn't work with open options menu
- Open a file larger than one screen
- Split the window (^K O)
- Change to the top window
- Open the options menu (^T)
- Change to the bottom window
- Try to scroll with ^U / ^V
Nothing happens. It seems to work when in the upper window. Has existed since at least 4.0.
It happens in 3.7 also. The code should only scroll a menu in the previous window if the menu's target is the current window.
