Summary: CtagsInterface context menu in tag preview dockable

Initial Comment:
The textarea pane of the preview dockable should have a context menu: "copy (Ctrl-C)" to copy to the system clipboard.

Another idea: the context menu for both panes should have "Open in Editor" which when selected, would open that file in jEdit and bring the cursor there.
