IWP Version 4.0 has been released to the public on sourceforge.net!
This latest version of IWP introduces packaged problems, a collection of physics problems written by Dr. Loren Winters at NCSSM. These packaged problems come inside the .jar distribution and are immediately available to the problem designer or via the student applet interface!

The newest version of IWP 4.0 is under development. The coolest new feature is rotating solids and transparent .png graphics!
After a year of development, IWP 3 is ready for prime time! Just in time for the 2007-08 school year at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
One of the major features of IWP 3 is the packaged problems. Download the jar, run it by double clicking it, and use File -> Open -> Packaged Problems to see all of the material included with the build.

We are ever so close to going gold with IWP 3. RC2 was built this morning and includes the final packaged problems structure.

The next generation version of IWP is now under development. Enhancements include Animator / Math refactoring, combing the codebase to prepare it for Eclipse 3.1 IDE, removing excessive debugging and logging statements, prepackaged problems. At this time, we are also open to feature recommendaions.
