Now we rather stupidly walk through the .ap form and single out
Axiom types. We do, however, try to figure out whether the dependency
needs full information or whether an initial definition is sufficient.
The file genax.lsp is now obsolete and thus removed.
Makefile.in reflect these changes.
cliques.as has been adapted to the new way that gendepap.lsp
generates dependencies. (Looks a bit simpler to me.)
Additionally, extra_deps.lst is obsolete, because these dependencies are
now hardcoded in cliques.as.
