After choosing Binary->Dist-Upgrade packages and
upgrading, update_prebinding immediately runs for the
ENTIRE hard disk, making things quite sluggish. I don't
know if this is Fink's fault or FinkCommander's fault, but
perhaps the prebinding should be deferred until exiting
FinkCommander, with a message that it's going to happen.
Or maybe just try redo_prebinding on the upgraded files
only.

This 'bug' is fink related, not FinkCommander related. Fink
does prebinding only for the installed packages, not the
*entire* hard disk. On Mac OS 10.4 prebinding is disabled,
so in the future this is no longer an issue. If I don't get
any feedback on this bug within a week, I'm closing this bug.
