This project exists to make the source code of the flightplan exchange server public available and have a place for the documentation.

There is already a running public available instance of the server http://h2281805.stratoserver.net/FgFpServer/. Please use this server in OpenRadar/ATC-Pie to integrate with the general multiplayer world of flightgear.

If you want to create a separate community in flightgear that has ATCs, you can run your own FgFpServer. To do so, you need a public reachable server and a web-application server like tomcat on it. Then you can run the FgFsServer in the Tomcat environment.
Be sure to secure your application server properly!

Currently this project is a very stable prototype that servers the ATCs every day. The documentation is being created and will appear here very soon.
