the code was tidied, and the config screen also looks nicer now. It has extra functionality too (a clear button -- woo! -- and a drop-down to select from some pre-set k-value schemes, such as the FIDE and USCF ones).

... it's a bit ugly, but it's functional. you can now choose to:

turn the auto-fill-k-based-on-elo-value bit off
tell it to allways use a k of x
tell it to use different k's based on ranges of elo's

comming soon (in no particular order):

pretty config screen
something to do with provisional ratings
pre-set defaults for auto-k (FIDE, etc)
a clear button for the config screen

first release of a cli/gui desktop tool to calculate chess ELO scores. Config screen not yet implimented, but basic functionality is there
