The source code that comes with eccvs has some modifications necessary to communicate with the CVS tool. It basically uses a protocol (CVSGUI) to communicate between the GUI and the CVS command line version (that is getting built as part of the eccvs). > The bundled CVS won't build on my system. > I have tried with Redhat-9, FC1, FC2, FC3, FC4, FC5 and in all the machines I got it working... -- Santhosh. ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~ Project - http://eccvs.sf.net ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~ |

Is there any reason I can't use the system CVS when building eccvs? The bundled CVS won't build on my system. Randall Wood rh...@ma... "The rules are simple: The ball is round. The game lasts 90 minutes. All the rest is just philosophy." |
