Draconis Internet Package for ATARI/TOS News

The Draconis FTP sources and the necessary library sources needed for compilation are added to the CVS.

Project is just registered at sf.net and it will need a few days before everything is setup here.

If anybody is interested to participate in development feel free to join the project.
