Can those be made available again? I tried to go the CMake route and, among other problems, there is the non-existent method SDL_GetWindowHandle function, which I'm guessing is in the modified SDL library. That function doesn't exist anywhere else according to Google, and it's not defined anywhere in the project. I'm not using TrackIR, so I can comment it out, but I worry about what other more essential changes to the library are missing in the mainline version.
