Thanks also to Shengfang Liao for database porting between Oracle and MySQL.

Angela Yue has joined the Rowing Management project as
a developer. Although not a rower (or least not yet),
Angela enjoys software development and is interested
in J2EE technology. Angela has over seven years of
experience in IT technology and has been rated as a
"great" and "extraordinary" performer by her
colleagues and supervisors at SYBASE and Platform

Tom Heebink has joined the Rowing Management project as a Editorial/Content Writer. Tom is the webmaster of the Carnegie Lake Rowing Association website (http://www.clra.com). Tom is also the membership manager of the CLRA, as well as its representative to the US National Rowing team. We're lucky to have Tom join us.

Release 0.1.3.c brings CVS up to date with the live CLRA site. The test site has been upgraded to this same code base.

The test site has moved to
http://www.clra2.com/clra-test

The CLRA project is now live on the 'Net at http://www.clra2.com

There are two subsites:

clra-live: for members only
clra: a preview/test site for the general public

Please take a look at the test site, and let us know what you think. Post your comments on the mailing list (click "Lists" in the SourceForge menu) and report any bugs to the bug tracker (click "Bugs" then "Submit New" in the SourceForge menu).

New Developer

Tim Guinther (developer)
Tim is an experienced software developer and entrepeneur. If you design databases, you've probably used the design tool for which Tim was the lead developer. The project is lucky to have Tim join it. (Now if we can only get him to row.)

NEW SOURCE CODE
Release 0.1.2 includes bug fixes and better documentation.

UPCOMING MILESTONES
March will be an important month for the project. We'll be moving the application to a commercial hosting site and going live with the Session Signup portion of the site. Stay tuned!

Jan writes compilers when she isn't rowing or working on the CRLA site.

Josie Ottman (UI design, project management)
Josie is also a rower and a Principal in a local website strategy and design firm.

The project is lucky have such skilled individuals join it.
