Build tips

The build may fail to fetch Ivy. If so, try "ant -autproxy [other options]". If that doesn't work, read this: http://ant.apache.org/manual/proxy.html

If you try "ant monster" under Java 15 (e.g. on a Mac) it may fail with a message about class versions - I think that Cobertura has been compiled with a later Java version. A work round is to do "ant dist" which does everything except generate the Cobertura test coverage numbers.
