Define your localhost as a "ucd/net SNMP Host" (Host Template). Then,
"Create Graphs for this Host", select the interfaces you want to see
(usually those having a valid IP address) and "Create". Wait for app. 10
minutes to find the Graphs under "Graph Management". YOu will want to
define some "Graph Tree" for ease of use afterwards
