Clean up ncbi fetch response

With some themes clustalw does not properly align because of additional margins for label elements

clustalw does not understand the input sequence when dash is present, which is the case with the temp file name
Now clustal works again

Stupid typo- !exists wossname.txt- return 0, not if it exists

wossname.txt should be in extensions/ not in the extension folder- easier debug

content libs first check in
