Axiom Computer Algebra System News

Axiom has moved to git repositories everywhere.
It will no longer be maintained as SVN or CVS.

Axiom May 2009 has been released.
Binaries will be available at http://axiom-developer.org

This is the first "feature complete" release of Axiom.
To build it type:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/axiom login

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/axiom co -P axiom

cd axiom

./configure
(follow the instructions for setting the AXIOM and PATH variables)
export AXIOM=(whatever configure said)
export PATH=(whatever configure said)
make
axiom

The monthly release of Axiom 3.0 Beta for January 2005
has been uploaded. This release includes graphics but
they are not yet integrated into the system. Graphics
and hypertex integration is scheduled to occur in the
February 2005 release.
