We have released the first PHP IDE with function support.

XPHP website uploaded on october18th 2001. You can now keep track of XPHP Visual Editor development. The website is updated weekly but www.syscreations.com/xphp/dev.html shows the current develpment stage of the whole project and will be updated every other day.
