Summary: Overview registration steps

Initial Comment:
The profile module allows to define registration steps and user fields.
If I'm not mistaken, up to now there is no listing where one can see  which fields belong to which registration step.
(In edit field the step can be edited, but this is tedious as one must open each field)

EG The field listing should be extended with a column to list the step to which the field belongs.
