#109 Upgrade the build image
The build image needs a few upgrades for the next version:
- Update the Debian version. The current one is two years old or so.
- Install ffmpeg including the filters and Gnuplot to support the new plotting features.
- Try out that a movie can be created as written in the documentation.
Also got a new wiki page since some things have changed compared to the older build systems.
