Hi, I use vis5d+-1.1 to display 3-d wind, potential temperature, and temperature fields generated by a non-hydrostatic model (RAMS). Typically the simulations extend to 30 km altitude and are displayed correctly in the 3-d window. The Skew-T and Vertical Plot Display however truncates the profiles at the 50 hPa isobar. The wind vectors at the left side of the display and the height lables at the right side continue above this level, but the window is not large enough to show the top of these either. Manually enlarging the window with the mouse does not cure the problem. The number of vertical levels in the fields is 100. Increasing the layer spacing and decreasing the number of vertical levels, but keeping the top level at 30 km does not cure the problem. This problem was not present in older versions of vis5d. Has this problem been solved in vis5d+-1.2.0 ? If not, could you please tell me where to correct this problem in the source code.
