[Vis5d-users] now available: Vis5d manual online, and Vis5d+ 1.0.2

Dear Vis5d users & developers,

I'm happy to inform you that, thanks to a contribution by Axel Reimann,
the Vis5d(+) manual has been converted to DocBook format.  From DocBook,
HTML, PDF, and other formats are easily generated, and the results are
available online:

	http://vis5d.sourceforge.net/doc/

Also available is an updated release of Vis5d+, version 1.0.2, which
incorporates recent bugfixes as well as the new manual.
