I don't think we can commit to a closed-source engine.
However, after we finish our own sound engine, which has been designed to support arbitrary renderers, we might try your engine as a renderer engine (with our sound system acting as adapter), and see how it works. We'll never be able to depend on it as our sole engine, though, as numerous linux distributions would exclude our project due to MITA's closed-source nature.
However, even if we're able to support it as an optional engine, it all depends on licensing details I'm not qualified to answer, as in whether the MITA non-commercial license is compatible with our license (GPL v2). I think I've heared non-commercial licenses are almost always not compatible, but I'm not sure.
