#536 Exit Button doesn't work on Welcome Load Screen

To reporduce:
-SVN branch (downloaded Aug 9th 2010) on Windows XP.
-Start up VegaStrike, and on the first Welcome Screen select "Load Game"
-In the Load Game screen the Exit button does not seem to work. It does not even get the little highlighting typically seen when mousing over an active button.
-If you have no Saved games to load, you are trapped in this screen (I had to end task)

P.s.: Awesome game guys, keep up the great work!
