Setting the subunit pitch restriction for a turret in
units.csv should be simple. A restrict value of "90.0"
would make the subunit have +/- 90 degrees of rotation,
meaning its range should be 180 degrees.
However, in practice it seems to be more like 140
degrees. Here is a picture of the effect:

In addition, the max and min pitch seem to change every
once in a while. I can cock the turret all the way
back, and it will stop at -80 degrees. Then, after
going back and forth a few times, it will suddenly
start cocking back to -95 degrees. It's as if the pitch
range is changing, or not being reached for some reason.

I've come to the conclusion that it's something to do with accelerations... other than that, nothing profound came up in my most recent turret-adjusting.
