WIth a list of ATTRIBUTE_LIST fragments in text mode one cld easily get rif of them by moving the files to another partition and then back again.
Seems they appear for earlier very fragmented files but not "updated", deleted when defragmented and NTFS-MFT doesnt really need them anymore?
Alternative, copy as new file on same partition, delete original and rename? However, date chages then.
Them small silly cpl 100 byte unmovables a pain when partition properly sorted and then one of them actually is deleted by OS.
I dont know if there is an more direct way of getting rid of the fragments? Dirctly through MFT?
An option to move "difficult" files back and forth to another partition wld also be good, often helps to "break a stuck defrag". I personaly use it to "cleane up sparsly populated areas" when no large contiguous gaps.
Happens often when downloading video files which can be 1Gbyte in 20,000 small fragments as that is how they arrive over internet.
