Transtrl for i18n News

Hi, TransVis 1.0.2 is released. It now works well with Eclipse 4.3, and we enhanced the ability to work with multiple operating systems.

Hi, guys, to identify our project more clearly (for the users to find us more easily), we add "for i18n" to our project name.

Removed a number of bugs, and works well with Eclipse 3.7 now:), support generating examples containing the need-to-externalize string for the ease of L10n. Visualization improved. Simplified configuration process.
