    "Quite hard to learn at first, but feature rich, and I think powerful"

    Pros: This is an initial review, I haven't yet got the system fully working for me. However

    There are a lot of features here!
    I have so far not had anything break.
    The online support chatbot is excellent, and hands over to human support staff quickly.
    I don't yet know how flexible and themable the public presentation is, but the default presentation is attractive and professional looking.

    Cons: A lot of features mean a lot to learn.
    It's not always obvious how to do things.
    Very occasionally, one encounters text that has not yet been translated from the original German.

    Overall: You are not going to succeed in getting this product working in one session; it is quite complex, and there's a lot to learn. But it seems rock solid and the support is excellent. When I have become more accustomed to the system, I may increase my rating from four stars to five.

    "Anny = Our operating system"

    Pros: Anny offers a complete booking solution for any kind of bookable resource (in our case a sports facility). It is highly customizable with tons of features. We rely on it as our operating system day by day. Anny manages everything from booking, payment, door access integration to invoicing and therefore bookkeeping - almost all on its own. The only manual processes are the ones that we intend to do manually (custom cancellations).

    If something goes wrong, support is there almost instantly. Response times are great and if there is no direct solution, they will try to fix it as soon as possible.

    Cons: Took some time to explore all the features and make it work in the beginning although our requirements were quite complex and changing a lot at the time. There are some weaknesses in the native Mobile App area (UX and feature completeness), which requires a small learning curve for end users as well.

    Overall: We are happy Anny customers, use it daily and rely heavily on it. Anny helps us to manage our operations and does most of the heavy lifting for us. Their support is outstanding. That way we can focus on customer happiness and support on our end as well without spending to much time on admin and operations.

    Pros: Very easy und understandable to use.
    I like the Map-use-booking tool, very interactive.
    Updates from time to time.
    Support service is always there to help.

    Cons: Layout could be a little bit nice.
    Check-In process and automatically cancellation, if the person is not using or checking in for the "slot".
    It was very difficult for me to add a suitable photo for a resource.

    Overall: I didn't participate in the implementation phase at our company, but joined after a year. A lot was already in place. I was able to add a few things; it's very self-explanatory, and after a short briefing from you, I was all set. Thank you so much for that.

    Pros: We scoured over 30 user booking systems and this one works best for our needs in Studio/Lab. We get great feedback from our Artists who are using the booking system and its easy to add their details in and get them set up. Also the fact they can have the app on their phones make a big difference.

    Cons: Price is pricey. It would be amazing if it was cheaper to add bookable items on their as we had to bundle equipment that members may want to use together to make it affordable for us.

    Overall: Fab! We would highly recommend it, the UX is fantastic and we have has consistent great feedback. All of our members give it positive feedback and the widfer team who use the booking system daily.
