Pros: Annotation tools functioned flawlessly, accurate and swift to use, and all saved without any glitches even on bigger pdf files.
Cons: It would greatly benefit from having a color picker for custom highlights so notes pop out more in the course of reviews or editing sessions
Overall: Marked up a research paper pdf with comments. smooth process and no crashes. custom highlight colors would be a welcome touch for upcoming updates

Pros: uniting multiple worksheets to a single document was easy. drag-and-drop reordering would be even improved.

Overall: i use Zendoc weekly for class prep. combined multiple worksheets into a single document for printing and it was perfect. drag reordering would speed up prep further.

Pros: The password protection aspect functioned flawlessly, securing my secret PDF files yet still convenient enough to readily share if necessary.
Cons: It would be nice for a strength indicator for password.

Pros: Editing text and adding my signature was quick, reliable, and felt secure, with the file saving instantly after changes.
Cons: It could take some time for large files to upload.
Overall: I accessed this site in order to conduct some edits that were required as well as formally sign a vendor agreement for business reasons. I am delighted to mention that everything went smoothly without any hitch. Upload did take a few seconds because I was dealing with a large document, but it was not anything serious that generated any concern.

Pros: Deleting specific pages from my document was accurate and the changes saved automatically without extra steps.
Cons: It should have a preview zoom feature. That's all.
Overall: I had to delete two empty pages from a scanned document. The functionality operated sufficiently; however, widening the preview would enable a correct verification prior to erasure.

Pros: image-to-PDF conversion process was smooth, fast, and preserved the high quality of every picture without any noticeable loss.
Cons: it would be nice to have manual margin size control.
Overall: i converted scanned receipts into a single pdf for expense reporting. the images looked crisp and the file size stayed manageable. margins were fine but having control over them would help.

Cons: It would be helpful to have a slightly larger drag area when reordering pages.
Overall: Reordered a 20-page document for a client. Zendoc made it easy but i kept missing the grab handle because it was small. once i figured it out, it worked fine.

Pros: compression was solid and reduced file size without losing quality. needed to send a 15mb catalog via email and Zendoc's compression did the trick.
Cons: I wish it showed before / after size in percentage.
Overall: only thing missing was a quick before/after size display, but the result was small enough to attach.

Pros: I was splitting a large pdf and was super fast, and the tool let me name each new file clearly. Very good.
Cons: It could have a drag-to-select range for pages and such
Overall: i used the split feature to separate chapters of a long report for my team. it worked well and naming each file made sharing easy. having a drag select for pages would make it even quicker next time.

Overall: i signed a freelance contract using Zendoc and it was way easier than printing and scanning. everything lined up perfectly on the pdf and i was able to send it back in minutes. i’d just like a few more pen styles so it feels a bit more like my real signature.

Overall: had to rotate a set of scanned documents and Zendoc did it nicely. the only hiccup was finding the button to apply to all pages, but once i got it the job was done quickly and cleanly.
