"Pleasantly Surprised" Posted 2022-03-15
Pros: Update your team with new information or tasks.
Monitor progress for existing and upcoming bids.
Integrated schedules and visual dashboards.Cons: Creating an account is not as easy as it looks. Tech support was helpful but it would have better if getting setup were not an issue in the first place. Some visual tutorials should be offered for new customers.
Overall: I have written hundreds of proposals over the course of a 13-year career and I have experience with 3 of the top rated proposal software, Sharepoint, and several other tools. I have to say that Zbizlink was a pleasant surprise. The website was attractive, so I bought into it and signed up for the free trial. So far, I can tell you that Zbizlink is a great tool for teaming and maintaining project schedules. It works similarly to Sharepoint and I have not encountered any major issues just yet. I did have some trouble creating the Company Profile and had to reach out to Zbizlink Support to gain some assistance. Kamran was my support agent and he was very kind and knowledgeable.
