Pros: Easy to use, You need minimal technical expertise to work this program making it a win. I would recommend!

Cons: I cant say there is anything I dislike about the program or would change.

Overall: Its a user friendly program that has a well designed layout that makes it easy to maneuver and helps with efficiency.

Pros: OCR reader in, import process, and Yooz does a wonderful job of organizing everything. The customizations is a big plus.

Cons: Organization ca be a bit mismanaged at times. On the higher side, price wise compared to some other AP software.

Overall: Overall, Yooz has been wonderful for our needs. A huge improvement in automation and tech compared to our previous software. Very happy with it.

Search Struggles:

Sometimes finding specific invoices can be a nightmare. Even when I know exactly what I'm looking for, Yooz can be a bit finicky with the search function. A more robust search system would be a huge time-saver.

Hiccups Happen:

Don't get me wrong, Yooz is great most of the time, but we've encountered a few glitches here and there, especially during approvals. It can be frustrating when the system slows down the workflow. Hopefully, these bugs get ironed out with future updates.

Training Time:

While Yooz itself is user-friendly, the initial training could be more comprehensive. A few of our team members struggled at first, and having more in-depth resources would be helpful for onboarding new users.

Pros: The usability, efficiency of the Program are wonderful! It is very user-friendly, and easy to learn, even for the most electronically illiterate individuals.

Cons: No automatic email notification when I have a document in my "to-do" tasks. I'm aware that there are ways to set up specific notifications, but it's not very user friendly. Should be a default option.

Overall: Great software, will always recommend! Makes paying a ton of invoices so much easier than processing manual checks!

Pros: The Yooz team took the time to set up the software the way I wanted it and were never in a rush. Even after implementation, they are always there to assist with any issues I may have. Overall, the software is the best one I could find on the market and does what it says it can do, which cannot be said of all the others I tried. I save time every time I use the software and I am looking forward to adding more features that will save even more time. Yooz is always looking to improve and add new features so the product will only get better.

Cons: There is nothing I do not like. There are little things that can be improved, but I have submitted feature requests and Yooz is considering those for future updates.

Overall: The overall experience has been great. I look forward to what is next with the software as they are always working on adding new features.

Pros: I like how simple it is, I feel typically it's hard to put things together but with Yooz its straight forward.

Cons: Better notification when you are tagged for something.

Overall: We started using this only 6 months ago and since then its been helpful!
It's simple that i was able to teach the whole team Yooz.

Pros: It saves time. On repeated vendors saves the vendor information. Less posting for me, you just tab here.

Cons: Too slow when you have to post payable invoices, especially during month end.

Overall: I like it for specific vendors. Also for my direct pays. I like how it archives the invoices in case I need to look for an old invoice.

Pros: Everything can be searched. It makes finding documents so much easier. Before we had Yooz it was like cracking a code to find our documents. With Yooz we can search for anything on an invoice and it will pull it up. It's amazing.

Cons: I don't like how hard it is to move items around in the workflow as an admin. I have to impersonate people to move things around without worrying about things getting messed up. It is hard to remember who I need to impersonate to change specific things. It also stinks that when we change the vendor all the invoice information is lost. changing the vendor doesn't mean the whole thing is wrong. It just means the vendor was wrong.

Overall: Although there are some cons to the software, the searchability of the software makes it all worth it 100%.

Pros: Paperless, able to view invoices from multiple locations for ease, reminder for tasks and learned accounts.

Cons: Sometimes we have issues with random glitches, not exporting some documents, sometimes not indicating something as a duplicate right away.

Overall: Much better than our previous process, allows multiple locations to view which is beneficial for our business.

Pros: This system is super user friendly. I just started at my new job in September of 2023 and it took me no time at all to learn the ropes. The search functions are awesome and the links that generate to take you to the direct invoice is great as well.

Cons: Sometimes invoices get "lost" and aren't easily seen. The link document option is a little bit difficult. I wish the advance option of attaching the documents was available for free.

Overall: It's been an excellent experience using Yooz! There are so many great features that I'm just scratching the surface of.

Pros: Yooz is superior in pulling information off of the invoices and pulling information from other systems that are linked with it.

Cons: I have had trouble in the past reaching support over the phone.

Pros: The gamified way to process invoices it makes the processing invoices easier, also that you can customize the view which helps.

Cons: The algorithm to read images is weak, it should have an option to copy and paste from an excel since, the format of lines is the same since multiple vendors send invoices in a Excel format and selecting every amount is not easy. Also the customer service is not that good we asked for a customization a month ago and we have not received any updated since the agreement was signed.

Overall: I would say it doesn't work the same all the times and not necessarily for better, for example we have some vendor that send invoices as images and Yooz's OCR sometimes read the data and sometimes doesn't.

Pros: I like about Yooz is that it Auto Populate the fields, and it saves the previous work, so next time when I process the invoice I don't have to type it again.

Cons: I didn't like when I have 2 windows open and it shuts down every 15 to 20 minutes.

Overall: Excellent software to work with, it's been almost one year working with Yooz and now got hang of it and I liked it very much.

Pros: I like the new layout and personalizing capabilities. The transfer of invoices in capture is much faster than it used to be when I first started using this system. Support is also much quicker.

Cons: Exports sometimes will get stuck and not transfer to CDK when I need them to.

Overall: I use Yooz daily and I really enjoy the ease of use. Yooz has really grown from where they were when I first started using them years ago and I would recommend this to others.

Pros: Learning something new is never easy. However when Yooz was introduced we had weekly opportunities to take workshops & trainings. This made the transition to Yooz very easy and encouraging. I love how easy and simple it is.

Cons: One thing I would change is the time limit that is alotted to us. Working in a big company requires us to cross reference often. However, it's a huge understanding considering this involves revenue.

Overall: I gladly use this platform every single day. I enjoy Yooz and wish we could have started it sooner.

Pros: I love the ability to search and view an invoice anytime. The comment section is very useful as well.

Cons: The search capabilities can be a bit quirky at times.

Pros: The look and feel of the program is easy to use and move through. The process of populating the majority of vendor data into the system automatically and notifying of duplicates helps with efficiency and accuracy. Program has a number of different features and options that are useful for approving and capturing information.

Cons: At month-end and the most important times of our payable cycles, the program is very slow, prompts errors, is delayed loading YOOZ documents from YOOZ to other accounting software, and times out when processing large documents without saving data. When it works it works great when it doesn't it's quite impacting to our everyday role as we use this program every day for most of the day.

Overall: Overall, I would recommend using YOOZ. It's a great place for storing documents electronically and works with applicable accounting software to easily manage payables. When support is needed, it is usually timely and most issues can be corrected in a reasonable time. I'd like to see some features worked on but overall it works well.

Pros: I do like that the scanning can automatically generate my vendor. It is user friendly and, can really cut down time when it comes hitting multiple accounts at once.

Cons: One this I don't like is unnecessary fields. Like document date, document creation date, document due day, accounting date. Too many dates.

Also, CDK comments, ect.

Overall: Overall, I can honestly say that I am pleased with this software. I can say it is user friendly. Using use has helped our general manager become more aware of our company expenses.

Pros: It saves time versus typing everything when we did everything by paper. We save time with Yooz's AI helping to fill out invoices to submit faster.

Cons: Had some issues of things getting changed in error and took awhile to get it fixed.

Overall: Yooz is a great addition to my daily work in helping us to submit invoices correctly and timely. Easy to fill out and understand.
