Pros: Lots of brands, instant access and friendly service. Their web UI has improved greatly in their new product Plum vs their previous products.

Cons: They hide the fact your funds are being converted to INR currency, and you are charged bank fees from their bank along with FX fees of 1.5% or higher when exchanging from your prepaid balance. API documentation isn't very clear.

Overall: We have been using this product for nearly 4 years until we realized we were being unfairly charged for incoming wire transfers and they were hiding this from us since they converted everything to INR/points so it wasn't clear.

Pros: Easy and user friendly, very easy to use, good brand associated, full of users friendly features and options to choose form. Also very helpful and prompt in response.

Cons: Nothing i can think of. I have had a great time using the application. Full of options and very good prompt customer care in case of any query or clarification required.

Overall: An excellent platform for redemption of corporate gift voucher points. So it's very much a value addition.

Pros: The amount of ranges available for redemption. the options available for multi benefit are of wide ranges.

Cons: As far as i have used the software i haven't came across any.

Overall: My overall experience with compass has been great its great software using which we can make things easier.

Pros: 1. Its very easy to get incentive and rewards to users directly.

2. Saves expenses and damages missing of logistics for sending whitegoods.

3. User have a choice to choose from the redemption he she wants.

4. Very good for tracking and managing contests.

Cons: A suggestion.... need to update this for by default choosing redemption points.

Overall: Compass has made life simple for redemption of incentives and contests. It's easy to track and make redemption as per our requirement. And many options to choose from for voucher category.

Pros: Amazing application, very supportive in business growth. Easy to use and redeem the points. Overall having great experience.

Cons: Sometimes the application does not work properly and hangs up.
