    Pros: Xenex addressed all our cybersecurity needs and concerns efficiently, and was exactly what we were looking for, namely, a true white glove level of service we had to have. They were patient with our staff and went above and beyond to make sure we slept well at nights! They have an exceptional product, along with dedicated staff to help with all our needs and concerns. I couldn’t recommend them more.

    Cons: Haven't found anything I dislike yet! And believe me, I'm actively looking for flaws!

    Overall: Their excellent product is only surpassed by their commitment to provide amazing customer service. Their staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Xenex.

    Pros: They address cybersecurity comprehensively and cost effectively.
    They have detected and remediated incidents in a timely manner.
    Their SOC analysts are great to work with and very responsive.
    Good customer service and quick in response.

    Cons: Overall not much to complain. One time it took a little extra time for tech support to get back to us but it wasn't too bad.

    Overall: Xenex is different from the rest of what we have seen and experienced in the market. They address cybersecurity comprehensively and cost effectively.
    They have detected and remediated incidents in a timely manner. Their SOC analysts are great to work with and very responsive. They keep their promises and always available to answer any questions.

    Pros: We interviewed a few other vendors to provide similar services and we could not be happier with our choice of working with Xenex. They provide for us ransomware protection, security breach protection, and network protection from A-Z.

    Cons: No cons! We are very pleased in the eight months that we are working with them and could not be happier. The onboarding was easy and we feel protected.

    Overall: Overall we have had a very pleasant experience. Our project manager was super helpful and we are satisfied with the protection and service that we receive.
