    "What I think about UniformMarket"

    Pros: UniformMarket is a great source of information.
    Ease of submitting a support ticket.
    Acknowledgements of receiving support ticket requests are quick.
    For any support tickets I submit, resolutions are between 24 to 48 hours and for me, that's great because I work with people who are in different time zones.

    Cons: Well, I don't think this is a con because I came into using UniformMarket after the company store was established. So, with that being said, I don't know all the ins and outs of all the accessories the company store has to offer. I am slowing learning as I go. One BIG help would be Vinay. (I guess this would be a Pro).

    Overall: Overall experience would be pretty darn good. :) Again, Vinay has been a very big help in getting my issues taken care of. I know it can be challenging dealing with me but I am grateful for the help and instruction.
