    "Awesome product great customer service!"

    Pros: The provided device had clear instructions on installation. The mobile app was easy to use. The features for the price beat anything else I have found.

    Cons: Nothing that's a deal breaker. Sometimes I have to call to have customer service correct my error.

    Overall: It works, it's accurate and it keeps me in compliance. Sometimes I cause errors using my rig for personal reasons and that creates errors in the logbook. But I can always call customer service and they will fix very quickly as in a few minutes.
