Tradogram

Pros: Customizability, Scalability, Feature set, User Interface, Functionality, Cost & Customer/Product support.

Cons: We've not had any major negative issues with the product/product support.

Overall: This has been a cost effective, scalable solution for our PO management process and I've had no trouble getting support when needed.

Pros: Diana was an absolute pleasure. She was able to make my requested change in about a minute, and was willing to help with more if need be. Once she was "on the line" she responded quickly and it was great.

Cons: Nothing, the process was great from beginning to end.

Overall: In my opinion, it's always difficult to maneuver a FAQ for something like tradogram when you have a specific request. I was thrilled that there was a chat feature, and even more thrilled by the outcome.

CARTSCAN for major online stores.
Cost effective solution.

Cons: Would like more integration of warehouse locations within stock control element. I would like to create my own buttons and data points on the interface.

Overall: As a stand alone application this covers most bases small to medium companies would need. The end user interface is intuitive and easy to use.

Pros: I really like the ease of the program.
It can do as much or as little as you want.
Price is so affordable compared to so many other programs we looked at.
Customer service is top notch. Every time I have asked a question I have someone reaching out to me within the hour.
Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons: I wish Deliveries had dollar amounts so I wouldn't have to check out the pricing in the Purchase Order first then go into deliveries to accept delivery.
The other item I would like to see is to be able to edit a purchase order once it has been partially received. Sometimes pricing is different or an additional freight charge is applied and I can't edit the purchase order because I received partial materials.

I am new, so maybe there is a way around these items that I haven't figured out yet.

Overall: Overall I would highly recommend this program I never had any issues logging in at all. Program runs smooth.

Great Customer Service!

Easy to use!!

Pros: We implemented Tradogram a couple of years ago and the company roll out was extraordinary. We had it fully setup with everyone using it in the first week! No training was needed and we literally saw an ROI in the first month.

If you're looking for a simple yet very powerful procurement system Tradogram is for you. It also integrated seamlessly with out accounting system, which our AP team has been very grateful for. Thank you Tradogram team for the awesome product!

Cons: Reporting was a bit of an issue at first but then we were able to figure it out, there are many options for reporting.

Overall: Excellent experience, I would recommend it to any growing company looking to control spending. With the help of Tradogram we were able to truly enforce our purchasing policy and gain full visibility into our spending. You have to try it out!

Pros: Diana was of great help in troubleshooting my issue on Tradogram with Cartscan. She helped resolve what was causing the issue.

Cons: Searching POs by vendor is a challenge. The screen auto-reverts back to the original search screen, instead of back to the findings of the search. It makes it challenging to search for a PO successfully and is also time consuming.

Overall: This system checks most of our boxes, with ease of use being our number one complaint. We do a lot of extra toggling back and fourth with regards to the search engine which is time consuming to deal with.

Pros: The platform has all the modules that I found with the competition and more; they have a punchout (Cartscan) that all other pale in comparison. Tradogram is a complete procurement software solution that gives you the flexibility to configure your workflows and processes your own way.

Cons: In a word...nothing. I am 100% satisfied with this business spend solution. Thanks.

Overall: I love that we have been able to save our clients a great deal of time and money by improving their efficiencies since deploying Tradogram. We have a better handle on controlling spend by using the approvals along with the various budgets that were extremely easy to establish.
