    "Really helps for making quick guides"

    Pros: I’m coming from the agency space, using a ton of tools like email automation, enrichment, SEO, etc

    I used to spend hours to re explain things to interns or new employees. Trace enables me to capture once and I’m done!

    Cons: I saw they’re gonna launch a desktop recording function soon. That was the only thing I needed, but it’s coming out in a week it seems

    Overall: Customer support is fantastic. They offer a lifetime deal. Many a times when companies do that, they end up dropping interest in existing customers. But not for them
