I was looking for an app I could run myslef to avoid 3rd Parties, and I was mesmerized by the app. The setup was incredibly straightforward, and I got all the features I needed without any complexity: everything worked smoothly from managing different ticket types to tracking sales. The transparent pricing and easy website integration were huge bonuses. Perfect for anyone who wants a powerful but hassle-free ticketing system for their events!

Pros: I made the switch from Eventbrite to Ticket Tailor for selling tickets for my forest bathing walks (Soft Earth Forest Therapy), and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Ticket Tailor B Corp certified, they donate a portion of each ticket sold to one of their climate charity partners. Their services are seamless and easy to use, their support is fast, kind, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that a portion of the fees I pay for are supporting an awesome business doing important work for small entrepreneurs like me, as well as our planet.

Cons: I can't think of anything at the moment that I am unhappy with.

Cons: Some time I feel very to design the seating layout if you have any support to make that design much easy that will be great. this is my opinion, i know you don't provide this facility.

Pros: Ticket tailor has been such an easy platform for me to use. I run a small (50-70) event and I've found the site and it's integration with stripe extremely user-friendly. I've trawled that FAQ more times than I care to say and it is extremely detailed. More than that, when I couldn't get my head around an issue, the live chat has been a total lifesaver. I would totally recommend Ticket Tailor as an alternative to those maybe more well known but much pricier competitors!

Cons: The way they have their pricing structure makes it cheaper than competitors but the drawback is that you have to purchase credits in bundles, and as someone running smaller events, i always have leftover credits. This hasn't been a problem yet as I've been able to move them to the next event but it's a little irritating.

Overall: I've honestly had a lot of help from the team which was what made this platform stand out to me. The website is easy to click around and just pleasantly designed. I've had no trouble at all with it so far and I would recommend it to other event organisers.

Pros: I’ve recently started using Ticket Tailor for my dog training workshops and classes. It’s simplified everything! I no longer need to spend time emailing clients, trying to match bank payments, chasing for payment. Tickets are bought, money comes in! Easier to use than others I’ve tried, I like that I can personalise the booking form, clients emails and add my terms and conditions.

Cons: So far there’s nothing I don’t like, everything working as expected.

Overall: Overall this is any easy product to use that does what you need it to with minimal effort, enhancing your business.
