    Cons: It'd be great to have different ways to communicate with customers, not just email.

    Pros: I made the switch from Eventbrite to Ticket Tailor for selling tickets for my forest bathing walks (Soft Earth Forest Therapy), and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Ticket Tailor B Corp certified, they donate a portion of each ticket sold to one of their climate charity partners. Their services are seamless and easy to use, their support is fast, kind, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that a portion of the fees I pay for are supporting an awesome business doing important work for small entrepreneurs like me, as well as our planet.

    Cons: I can't think of anything at the moment that I am unhappy with.

    Pros: Very easy to set up an event and navigate. They gave us a special rate as a nonprofit. Customer support responded quickly.

    Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about Ticket Tailor.

    Cons: Honestly nothing - I've very quickly figured my way around and I'm really happy with it

    Overall: AWESOME! Even when I made a mistake, I was easily able to jump onto a live chat and someone helped me through it & even followed up with me to confirm I made the proper changes.

    "Great alternative to the market leaders "

    Pros: Ticket tailor has been such an easy platform for me to use. I run a small (50-70) event and I've found the site and it's integration with stripe extremely user-friendly. I've trawled that FAQ more times than I care to say and it is extremely detailed. More than that, when I couldn't get my head around an issue, the live chat has been a total lifesaver. I would totally recommend Ticket Tailor as an alternative to those maybe more well known but much pricier competitors!

    Cons: The way they have their pricing structure makes it cheaper than competitors but the drawback is that you have to purchase credits in bundles, and as someone running smaller events, i always have leftover credits. This hasn't been a problem yet as I've been able to move them to the next event but it's a little irritating.

    Overall: I've honestly had a lot of help from the team which was what made this platform stand out to me. The website is easy to click around and just pleasantly designed. I've had no trouble at all with it so far and I would recommend it to other event organisers.

    It was easy to set up with a guided walkthrough, but custom solutions are not hard at all to implement.

    Cons: I did have a hard time finding information on the process of integration with physical payment systems.

    Overall: Really great. Highly recommend this product, especially for people who need simple, fairly-priced solutions. I used it to sell tickets to my concert, and it made my life so much easier.

    Pros: I’ve recently started using Ticket Tailor for my dog training workshops and classes. It’s simplified everything! I no longer need to spend time emailing clients, trying to match bank payments, chasing for payment. Tickets are bought, money comes in! Easier to use than others I’ve tried, I like that I can personalise the booking form, clients emails and add my terms and conditions.

    Cons: So far there’s nothing I don’t like, everything working as expected.

    Pros: The layout is intuitive but where needed the help guides are straightforward. All issues I've had were easily and quickly solvable.
    Good value for money.

    Cons: Perhaps not as many features on the lower-payment options as some other sites, but perfectly adequate for most users imo.

    Overall: Intuitive, easy to use, cost effective and does what you need it to. I Highly recommend this for most if not all users.
