    "Best small / medium carrier brokerage software EVER"

    Pros: The easiness of use of the software. I had initially had signed up to have the tutorial service and initial setup done. I started by playing with it. It was quite easy to start and use the system. I love how you can move the columns and select the columns you want on the order and dispatch screens. I really love the POD app that the drive use. It really reduces the guessing of what they are doing and what part of the trip they are in. It makes it easy to track detention time if there is any. If you have any issues, Customer service is super friendly and very helpful. The updates are customer suggested and work well when they are implemented.

    Cons: Hard to think of anything that I have found that I do not like.

    Overall: Best software package for the small carrier and/or brokerage that is very affordable

    Pros: organized, reports are great, invoicing and orders are very easy

    Cons: exporting to Quickbooks is done through JE
    tax and account set ups are a little more complex

    Overall: I used tailwind with a previous company and when i started here we need a software program so i recomended tailwind.

    Pros: I like that they are constantly improving on their software and that when an issue comes up, they are quick to reach out and see if I am having any troubles.
    Support is readily available.

    Cons: No real cons.

    Overall: I find the system is user friendly and simple to navigate. With steady improvements, I find that it is increasing my productivity.
