"Very satisfied with TTSReader - Text to Speech" Posted 2025-09-03
Pros: 1) Seamless, user-friendly, and completely free of disruptive ads—even for free users.
2) How their support team responded quickly and genuinely, without trying to upsell or push me into buying their services.
3) They have a sincere hunger to improve and grow.
4) Open for feedback, and they not only hear it but also act on it.Cons: It's been less than 6 months, and as of now, I have not been able to find any issue. Whatever issue I found a few months back has been catered and my feedback too has been incorporated. The detail of the issue is mentioned in the overall comments.
Overall: As you can see from my profile, I am a faith blogger writing on Substack and Medium. Around June'25, when I was transitioning from Medium to Substack, I needed a reliable text-to-speech tool. There are plenty of options out there, but most free ones are overloaded with ads, making the whole experience frustrating.

In that search, I stumbled upon TTSReader – Text to Speech. From the start, it stood out for being seamless, user-friendly, and completely free of disruptive ads—even for free users. That, to me, was remarkable. What impressed me most was how their support team responded quickly and genuinely, without trying to upsell or push me into buying their services. That kind of respect and responsiveness was almost unimaginable.
They even offered me a free license when I shared that I couldn’t afford their service at the moment. I also explained that as a faith blogger, my content focus isn’t on promoting tools like theirs. Yet, they respected that and still went ahead with the free license, not as a marketing tactic, but because they genuinely valued my feedback. Their sincere hunger to improve and grow is something rare to find these days. They continued to treat me with the same attentiveness and care. A few months ago, I ran into some issues:
Previous write-ups on TTSReader were not being saved.
When I tried opening a saved audio file, the associated text wouldn’t load and showed an error.
I reported this, and to my surprise, I received a quick and logical response from their team on the very same day. They explained why the issue had occurred and also acknowledged my feedback. Within a few days, not only was the issue resolved, but they had also implemented the improvements I suggested.
That experience left me amazed. They didn’t just “hear” me, they acted on what I shared. In today’s world, where companies often brush aside individual feedback, this level of responsiveness is rare and refreshing. -

"Best Online Reader" Posted 2025-09-03
Pros: Extremely easy to use and straightforward even for non tech guys as myself. Great voices. Completely free voices available, and great AI voices for a small fee. I use it every day to listen to online fiction novels.
Cons: Sometimes has some rough edges design-wise, although I love it that the website player is on the whole screen.
Overall: Highly recommended. I am using TTS systems for years, and this one is by far the best, great quality, no ads, does what it says.

In the beginning, the free demo looks good, but the real problems arose when I paid for the service.
The company is run by 2 Jewish middle aged men, 1st is the back end developer named: Ronen Rabinovici, 2nd is customer service person named: Amiel Rieger.
This company is located in Israel, however it provides Text to Speech service worldwide.
This company only cares about what it wants, it doesn’t care about customer needs.
This company provides the lowest TTS service but for highest price.
The company made false advertising on what its TTS reader can do, but at same time don’t want customers to bring lawsuits, according to its Terms of Service.
Some of these false advertising are:
1, Long text to speech mp3 download is not working, often the message shows the download is failed, the character amount of the failed downloads are taken from your 1 M characters /month, even for failed downloads.
2, English words pronunciation in foreign languages are unclear, can’t be understood.
3, The downloaded MP3 have different speed than what you selected, sometimes too fast, sometimes too slow.
4, The free demo looks promising, but when users paid for subscription, the real problems occur such as above.
5, The emails and feedback forms from customers 90% of the time are ignored by Ronen Rabinovici, and Amiel Rieger. This leaves customers in the dark, and frustrated.
I have emailed the company many times with screenshots of the problems, but they are not addressed.
The company quietly raised its subscription prices in June 2025, despite the above issues existed.
This company lacks integrity, honesty, and fails to take responsibility.
