Pros: StockTrim takes the guesswork out of ordering and it has definitely made our team more confident in our decisions and helped us avoid both shortages and excess stock.

Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve at first, especially since our supply chain is quite complex. But once we got the hang of it, things ran much more smoothly.

Overall: StockTrim has truly changed the way we manage our inventory. As a pharmaceutical brand that outsources manufacturing, we often struggled with predicting demand and keeping the right stock on hand. Since using StockTrim, our planning has become much smoother and less stressful.

Pros: The dashboard is super simple to navigate, and the automated forecasts save us hours every week. We’ve cut down on stock-outs noticeably since we started using it. Also great when we introduce a new coffee capsule SKU.

Cons: Can’t think of much, we just had to sit down & focus to make sure we removed discontinued items.

Overall: We picked StockTrim because it integrates with Shopify and were keen to make our business less reliant on manual processes.

Pros: The AI forecasting is scary accurate, and it’s saved us from over-ordering perishable ingredients The dashboards make everything easy to track at a glance, and we now know exactly what to order from suppliers.

Cons: Setting up multi-level BOMs took us a while as we had it set up differently, but the onboarding team(Neil)helped us heaps

Overall: We chose it because it’s designed for manufacturers and promised to cut down on stuff ups, which it’s done brilliantly.

Pros: The AI really learns our sales patterns, and the order plans it spits out are spot-on. Plus, the team is quick to help when we’ve had questions.

Cons: Nothing really – we did learn we had to refresh the page after each data sync. Not a biggie..

Overall: We’re a manufacturer of steel window & doors, and StockTrim has made our inventory planning heaps smoother. We now know what we have to order to meet demand, and we make less errors in raw materials orders. We have limited space to store overstocked steel & we used to have that issue but also having to pay for overstocks drained our working capital.

Pros: The interface is clean and intuitive, and it’s slashed our overstock by a ton. Customer support is also top-notch—super responsive.

Cons: Need consistent SKU Codes or it can give duplicates (but that’s more an ‘us’ issue

Overall: Our e-commerce clothing brand has leveled up since we started using StockTrim. It’s taken the guesswork out of inventory and freed up cash flow.

Overall: I absolutely love the affordability, accuracy, ease, efficiency of StockTrim. The time & cashflow my business has saved is astounding. I can clearly see what my businesses future inventory needs are and I am no longer overstocked. StockTrim dashboards are easy to read & use.
