    Pros: This software has changed how our office plans, creates, and presents webinars/trainings for our retailers.

    Cons: I have no issues with this software it does as advertised and the API plug-ins are perfect for this software.

    Pros: I like the integration of technology it has included. Seems to be user friendly and easy to use. I would definitely recommend using this software for any business.

    Cons: Could use an update. Still has some bugs but nothing that makes it impossibly hard to use.

    Overall: My overall experience is very positive. I really enjoy this software as it is very user friendly and customizable.

    Pros: It's really easy to use and flexible according to users need
    It's the new virtual solution for our problems. Using it was smooth and the streaming feature was really helpful.

    Cons: I don't like the limitations of the breakout session functionality, we had to use Cisco for the breakout session because Spot Me doesn't fulfill some of the requirements.

    Overall: SpotMe is an excellent platform for attending live events and sessions where you can customize it according to your needs.
    It's very smooth and easy to customize to reduce the stress of the event mentor.

    Pros: The quality, service and end product are all great. The SpotMe team are always responsive and willing to help with updates and committed to delivering the best possible end product.

    Cons: Compatibility issues with Google suite, for my project we would have been able to access more of the interactive features if the platform was compatible with Google Livestream.

    Overall: Great experience overall, SpotMe have been pivotal in allowing us to provide our end users with a service in a very trying time. Their commitment and support has been much appreciated over the last few months.

    "Great platform, even better service"

    Pros: The platform exceeded expectations in ease of setup and the amount of engagement it enticed. We had 170 attendees and over 20,000 interactions during our event!

    Cons: Limitations of breakout session functionality - we needed to use our RingCentral webinar platform for breakouts because the Spot Me platform couldn't do chat using their's.

    We were using it for an internal event and there is no way to avoid registration. Would have loved to have skipped that part.

    Overall: The platform is an excellent alternative to a live event and is very customizable.

    Their implementation and event execution team is incredible - every request was turned around quickly and they set the tool up perfectly. We did not have a single glitch throughout our 3 day event. They made it easy and reduced the stress of event execution. Would highly recommend!

    "2020 WTGS Virtual fall symposium review "

    Pros: What I thought was a great feature was the live video chats. We used these room for networking and it worked great. Also we enjoyed the games. It really helped people be more active on the site and promoted people to go into our sponsors booths.

    Cons: I think the biggest problem was how we had to broadcast the live feed for the presentation. Originally we wanted to have live moderators introducing the talks and then play a recording of the talk followed by a live questions and answers with the speaker. SpotMe could not do this so we ended up having to do this ourselves using zoom and connecting to SpotMe. I felt misinformed about this limitation of SpotMe. Another con was the way the static’s was able to be exported. It was all or nothing. SpotMe needs a way to export each sponsor’s analytics separately. Took me along time to exports everything and then pull out the information into a new spreadsheet.

    Overall: Overall the event went really well everyone that attended gave great reviews. On the backstage part I really enjoyed being able to make pages and help out our project manager. He was so busy I felt he needed the help.

    "SpotMe: A Great Value for Virtual"

    Pros: The pricing was great compared to about 6 or 7 other virtual event platforms I looked at. Going into this process, this was our first virtual event, and a big event at that, we wanted a company that would do everything for us. But once we saw how much that would cost, we realized we needed to pare back and understand we would have a lot to learn and do ourselves. But the SpotMe platform was easy to use, and the project manager Michael S. was very helpful and showed us a lot of great things we could do. It became very easy for us to use. For the user experience, I think it lays things out very straightforward for attendees. There are definitely things we realize we could have laid out differently to make it simpler for our attendees, but that's on us, not them.

    Cons: Our first Project Manager was with us for 75% of our prep, and then left for a new job. So we had to transfer with two weeks left. Our new PM, Michael S., showed us so many features the first one didn't. We wish we had known some of these things from the start. Make sure you ask every question you can think of, and even just ask, "What are some cool things you like that we should know about?"

    Overall: Overall, working with SpotMe and Michael S. was a pleasure. It was a really great platform to learn about virtual events on, and the attendee experience was great. It was exactly what we needed and wanted in the end.

    Pros: Ease of use, flexibility, wide range of features and modules, responsive and dedicated support team.

    Cons: 'Backstage' part (for admins) could be clearer to navigate, management of scheduled posts complicated by limited filtering options and malfunctioning search, analytics somewhat incomplete on some metrics.

    Overall: Ran a 4-day conference fully online using SpotMe as the gateway to live-streamed sessions and as a platform for online networking + e-posters. End-users liked it, support team was very professional, and despite some areas for improvement, was overall a good platform.

    Pros: The intuitive use of backstage as well as the training received to understand better all functionalities.
    The availability of Bledar throughout the preparation and the live event.

    Cons: There's many little subtleties to learn in order to be fully up and running on backstage.

    Email however are going to the "other section" of mailbox which not many participant have a look at.

    "First virtual event with SpotMe"

    Pros: SpotMe helped us adapt to the new normal with their virtual solution. Building the Webapp was smooth and provided us with a consistent experience to what we're used to. The streaming solution was a real added value as it guaranteed security, speed and reliability for the speakers and the audience. The support we received was prompt, efficient and helped us satisfy our demanding client.

    Cons: The polling is good but it requires the moderator to time perfectly well with the speaker to avoid too much delay from a participant perspective. The level of analytics could be enhanced.

    Overall: First event we completed virtually. The experience was smooth .
    The product is quickly evolving and we're looking forward to upcoming features. The support we received was outstanding during the preparation and throughout the event.
