    Pros: User friendly interface, can do what I need for day-to-day SMS campaigns, and really great customer service.

    Cons: Limited features but that just means there's still room for new ones.

    Overall: Overall it gets the job done with its ease of use. So much room for more features to make it even better but already good as it is.

    "Stole our money! Buyer beware!"

    Pros: ZERO.What appears to me a simple all-in go to platform was actually a disaster from day one forcing us to abandon and go elsewhere! Costing our company time and Money!

    Cons: Their complete dishonesty, terrible support and ineffective communication!

    Overall: We purchased the platform 12/6 for a very large campaign beginning 1/1/2024. Days after the on-boarding, the entire system went into a “maintenance” and while fully understandable initially, the problems persisted for days! A week later we were still unable to upload csv files making our entire efforts worthless. After repeated attempts thru worthless support, we were forced to go elsewhere and have been fighting for the return of the $597 ever since. Total joke!

    Please note, it’s not the money, it’s the principle. While we were evaluating many platforms SC sales was calling us constantly but upon purchase and within days of on-boarding, we were shut out completely and given the run around over and over and over. Here we are almost March and the problem still exists and for $597 SC has burnt a customer.

    Completely validates their "no refund" policy!! Buyer beware!!

    "Platform decent - the co. sucks"

    Pros: I liked the platform for the most part, easy to use. Really liked that there is unlimited SMS capabilities and drip functions.

    Cons: My issue is Smarter Contact refuses to refund any prepaid credit balance on your account should you end your subscription. Had to open a dispute with my CC. Also chat support super slow. Tried to contact in the morning - did not get a response until later in the afternoon.

    Overall: I liked the platform and was even ok with the high price tag because it has lots of value. After giving sms marketing a good run we decided it is not the marketing strategy my co. wants to use.

    The customer service and the very poor business service when you need assistance is terrible, it outweighs my liking of the platform.

    Pros: I like being able to remove the "stop" message. The deliverability rate seems good and it's overall easy to use.

    Cons: I would like to be able to make calls for each person I'm texting. A single line dialer would be nice.

    Overall: I like the overall experience of this product as it's one of my main sources of marketing. so it's used daily in my business.

    "Does the job just fine"

    Pros: It is not complicated to get started. UI takes some time to get used to, and sometimes presents glitches but their team is prompt to correct errors when they are pointed out to them.

    Support is on point and wastes no time, although sometimes they do fall-back on prewritten responses, but usually as long as you can explain yourself, you will get your issues resolved quite fast.

    Cons: There are limitations on list sizes when you are tallying up your campaigns, as their back-end (Up to this point in time) can only accept submissions of a certain length before timing out.

    Overall: It's a good experience once you are familiar with the software and the limitations that it has, once you get used to the layout the workflow is good and is reasonably extendable with the tools that people already who would use this product can be expected to have deployed in production before or during their onboarding.

    Pros: Very good deliverability rates, accurate skip tracing. Very friendly user interface, awesome platform, love it.

    Cons: I didn't like the fact that you can't schedule campaigns on the lower plan.

    Pros: I like that I can send unlimited texts.
    Set up was very easy.
    You can schedule your campaigns ahead of time.
    The macro feature is nice.
    Support team is quick to respond to issues.

    Cons: I wish the folder system would archive conversations and take them off the main messenger page. Also I would like to see a feature to schedule individual texts. I like to do follow ups early in the morning but don’t want to send them out. It would be nice to have a feature that I could schedule them.

    Overall: Experience has been good. I use the platform everyday and for the most part don’t have many issues. One thing that can be frustrating is system lag but I don’t know if that is the platform itself or my internet connection.

    Pros: I like how to use Smarter Contact as a product. It is easy to add your base of customers, easy to launch a campaign, and, what the most important for me, – easy to collect the data and make analytics. Also, the 7-day free trial with the help of the amazing Daniella helped me implement software with my job. Absolutely outstanding SaaS.

    Cons: Sometimes it is annoying to send SMS by click. It has to be clicked on every SMS to send it to customers. Something about regulations and laws, I haven't read a lot about it. But sometimes it takes time, yeah.

    Overall: Overall, it is the best decision for the real estate market and real estate investors. It is easy both to sell and buy. It is easy to convert leads with the highest conversion. And it is not as expensive as paid ads in media or Yahoo.

    Pros: I like these guys, they upgrade software, and every time I have new and new features, the website is easy to use, also free support and product training.
    They are from Ukraine, so I support them with my heart!

    Cons: Everything is fine, I am happy with the delivery rate/response rate

    Overall: Campaigns a wise, good delivery rate, reasonable SMS price on elite package, I do wholesale and have hot leads.
