SmartAdvocate

Pros: I am a big fan of how easy it is to get used to the system, as often with these things it takes month before you are comfortable using is day to day. I am really like the UX and UI of it, as it flows very well and this aspect is very important to me.

Cons: The support leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, as it can be quite difficult to speak to someone if I have a simple question. Saying that, their online documentation is very clear and helpful.

Overall: Overall, Smart Advocate has really helped my business to go and automate various aspects. From billing to document management, all the way through to the reports and dashboards, I cannot speak highly enough of it.

Pros: It has been very useful for us because it combines case tracking, document management and reporting in one system. Instead of switching between different software, our team can manager everything from intake to settlement within the same platform. The best part is automation. Routine tasks like reminders , document generation and follow ups are handled smoothly, which saves a lot of time, the integration with email and other systems also make communication faster and more transparent.

Cons: One thing i find less helpful is that the interface can feel a bit complex at first, it is powerful, but new users may take some time to understand where each option is.

Overall: SmartAdvocate is solving the problem of scattered workflows and manual errors. it has helped us serve client faster, improve internal coordination and get better insights from reports for business decision. overall my experience has been very good. it made our operation more organized , efficient and data driven even though it took some training to get comfortable with all its features.

Pros: I like best about SmartAdvocate is that it keeps all my case information in one place. i don't need to switch between different tools for documents, emails or deadlines. the reminders and calendar help me stay on track and the templates make creating documents much faster.

Cons: The main issue i face is that it take time to learn because there are so many features sometimes the system feels slow when opening files and not all documents formats preview properly. the interface could also be more simple as some tasks need too many steps.

Overall: SmartAdvocate helps me manage multiple cases without confusion. it reduces errors saves time with reminders and makes communication with client easier through built in email and texting , this has improved team collaboration and given me more time to focus on actual case work instead of chasing documents or deadlines

Pros: SmartAdvocate really shines in organizing case information. The way it centralizes client data, documents, deadlines, and communications makes it easy to keep everyone on the same page. The automated workflows save a ton of time. For example, when a new case is opened, the system automatically generates the right forms, assigns tasks, and sets reminders. That has cut down on manual follow-ups and reduced errors.

The reporting tools are another strong point. I like being able to pull detailed reports on case status, staff productivity, and settlement trends without needing IT help. The system is highly customizable too. We were able to tweak fields and workflows so they fit our practice instead of forcing us to adapt to generic templates.

Cons: There is a learning curve, especially for staff who are not very tech-savvy. The platform is powerful, but that also means it feels overwhelming at first. Training takes time, and without it you can easily miss useful features.

The interface could also be more modern. It gets the job done, but compared to some newer legal software it looks dated and can feel cluttered. I have also noticed that customer support, while knowledgeable, can be slow to respond during busy times.

Another drawback is that the mobile app is limited. It works for checking basic case details or contacts, but you cannot do the same level of work you would on the desktop version.

Overall: Before SmartAdvocate, we struggled with information being scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and paper files. Now everything is stored in one place. That has improved collaboration, especially when multiple attorneys and paralegals are involved in the same case.

The automation has made a big difference in reducing repetitive tasks. Things like sending client updates, generating standard forms, and tracking deadlines no longer eat up hours of staff time. That translates directly into more efficiency and fewer mistakes. Having all case data in one platform also makes it easier to stay compliant with deadlines and reporting requirements.

Pros: User friendly, easy to manage, customer service, training & support, development and implementation.

Cons: Initial transition from implementation team to support, but that worked itself out within 5-days, and all was great again.

Overall: Outstanding!! We are a month in and the entire firm of almost 50 team members loves it!! The development and implementation team were OUTSTANDING. No stone left unturned. Testing on the conversion of data ensured nothing was left behind or missing when we went live. The issues after conversion were minimal. The SmartAdvocate team truly does everything possible to ensure you get the best outcome.

Pros: I absolutely love the texting feature this program provides along with the ease of intaker. Opening files is so easy

Cons: I've been using this for a little over a year and I do not have any cons

Overall: It took a little bit to get used to but once I got the hang of it, its been a breeze! If I can learn it, anyone can!

Pros: You can do nearly anything you can imagine in case management.
The Calendar and notifications and system integration with Microsoft are critical for our usage.
I enjoy being able to communicate.

Cons: The login process could be better. The processes are too complicated, for some simple tasks.

Overall: Overall, its a strong program that can do nearly anything you need or imagine. Any company would be improved by using this software if they know how they want to use it.

Pros: Very easy to use. The tabs help me organize my documents in a very efficient manner. Good Outlook integration.

Cons: I wish there were a way to automate calendar reminders.

Overall: Very easy to use with lots of helpful features integrated. It it very user-friendly and makes my job as a paralegal much simpler.

Pros: User friendly, Organization of workflow , documents and time tracking is phenomenal. It is extremely difficult to have such organization in the legal field court procedures are changing often and the turnaround rate of staff is also high the software helps with an organized manner.

Cons: None thus far, I would say that it takes time to set up but that is something that happens with any software.

Overall: Training team and support extremely helpful. I think I never imaged a group of people could be so attentive to their clients as they are.

Pros: tech support features, text message feature, and the email feature. I like that you can receive photos and video that go straight into the system.

Cons: There was not much I didn't like but the transition was a little complicated in the beginning.

Overall: My overall experience has been great. I do enjoy using it on a daily basis. It makes me more efficient.

Pros: We have been using SmartAdvocate since October 2024. It is very user friendly and easy to learn. They have an amazing customer support staff.

Cons: I really couldn't think of any cons for SmartAdvocate. I give it a 10 out 10 rating.

Overall: I am very happy with all aspects of SmartAdvocate. They are very user friendly and easy to learn. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pros: SmartAdvocate helps me keep my case information organized and easy to find. They are constantly working to make the product better with new updates and products.

Cons: Sometimes there are a few more steps to complete a process that I feel is necessary but once you have used it a while, you learn ways to make things work faster.

Overall: SmartAdvocate is an asset to our office! Our ease of finding information for our clients and attorneys has improved overall.

Pros: The webinar was instructive. In addition to demonstrating different aspects of the SmartAdvocate case system, it also demonstrated how to associate the aspects directly with the clients. After watching the webinar, I could apply the instructions and demonstrations in my communication with our clients.

Cons: I enjoyed the entire webinar. The firm administrators encourage the employees to watch the webinar. It is a nice break to my work day (encouraged by the firm administrators). I look forward to the webinars as they are information and instructive.

Overall: The SmartAdvocate webinars have been informative and instructive. The information received in the webinars is supportive in dealing with clients.

Pros: I love the new internal messaging! I love the texting feature to communicate with clients so they can reach us and send photos etc.

Cons: There is not much I don't like about it, it is a great software

Overall: Overall it is a great software and I love all of the features it has to offer for myself as well as clients.

Pros: What I like the most about SA is that I can properly organize all my files and paperwork with ease!

Cons: I liked everything about smart advocate. No let downs so far!

Overall: It has been great so far. I am able to create tasks pertaining to cases and draft up templates for word documents I need. All the features are really cool!

Pros: I am the team member at our firm who manages the medical providers and medical records for each case. Without this software, I could never keep up with the volume of cases we have. SA makes my job so much easier with reminders, task tracking, and multiple ways to incorporate data into chronologies, spreadsheets, and many applications.

Cons: User friendly but there is a learning curve for beginning.

Overall: Like the title of my review, I could not do without it. It is amazing to have all the case data at your fingertips.

Pros: We have been using SmartAdvocate for approximately 4 months and are learning new features daily. The Dashboards are great for keeping up with the cases. I also like the fact that you can open 1 case multiple times and use the filter to look at just the documents you need to work with.

Cons: SmartAdvocate is a web based program and sometimes it can slow you down, which could mean there needs to be an internet upgrade.

Overall: As we are working more with SmartAdvocate, the many great features it has will help us to improve our efficiency, time it takes to do documents, pull reports, etc.

Pros: I am able to toggle between cases leaving case tabs open & the case management program allows for all case information to be at your fingertips.

Cons: If the internet is down or slow, the program can freeze or move slow.

Overall: So far, especially as I learn more each day, I am easily moving through the cases and becoming much more efficient at my job.

Pros: I can not stop raving about the system these guys created, which is, by far, the best CRM for personal injury attorneys.

Cons: Nothing the system is amazing. Once you know how to use it you will love every minute of it.

Overall: Great crm, but even better service. Sean and Rebecca simply crush it.
Every time I call they are always there to help and make sure we know what we are doing and guide us along the way.
