Skedda

Pros: Easy to set up and use.
Love the ability to share with my staff.
Multiple administrators is also a plus.

Cons: Cost - loved when it was free and would not mind paying a small fee but $39 per month is a hefty price for our small business.

Overall: We implemented using Skedda for our staff to schedule use of our studio rooms. This helps us to eliminate double scheduling of rooms. Skedda works great for our purposes and it's easy for my staff to use. Only downside is the free version is no longer offered. As a small business paying $39 per month is a lot for what we are getting. Totally understand the need to charge for the application, but a lower price point would be appreciated for really small businesses.

Pros: We have found this valuable in managing a shared meeting room amongst tenants. Making it easy for them to book and check when it is available for them to meet with their own clients.

Cons: None, we have been very happy with the product. Thank you.

Overall: Very easy to use and send to tenants to set themselves up to use as well. Refer to above Pros description as to usefulness.

Pros: Skedda is really easy to use which I feel is the best feature. Even those who are not great with technology, have no problems using the software.

Its also very pleasing to the eye with a clean and simple feel and look!

Cons: Since there is no longer the option of the free product, I am having to pay a monthly subscription. It is however still worthwhile in that it helps my organisation run very smoothly so worth the investment!

Overall: Overall, I am really happy with Skedda - hence why I have been using it for many years now - without any problems!

Pros: Shows the courts that are booked that day when you log in. Very easy to set up & use. All our members manage to register with ease. Great features - like repeat bookings - which our members use a lot.

Cons: The very sudden increase from a free booking system to one that is seen as too expensive by some of our club members. The price increase should have reflected the fact that it was originally free as per the initial terms of use.

Overall: Overall, very easy to use - and clear. Our club needed an online system after Covid-19 to help keep some of our older more vulnerable members safe.

Pros: The free version lets you get up and running, booking multiple spaces and being able to plan ahead. Its so simple to use.

Cons: Until you go to the Pro version, some features that would be nice to have aren't available.

Overall: A great bookings and scheduling app. It's so simple to get started, I was able to create 5 spaces, with different hire charges, in a matter of minutes. Using the calendar, with the ability to see it in multiple views, is an excellent feature. You are also able to export by date ranges to an external app.

Pros: The system is excellent. It is super easy to use and has all features we require for our business. The customer service is top-notch, and their helpfulness and speed are brilliant.

Cons: Noting really, but if I must be picky some more diary viewing options and filters would be helpful, but not essential.

Overall: Excellent system, cannot fault it at all. We use the free service with an add on for stripe and it is faultless.

Pros: We started using Skedda a few years ago to coordinate the use of our meeting rooms. Before using Skedda, it proved impossible to avoid double-bookings. Since implementing Skedda, our office is harmonious once again! The ability to manage our staff and their associated booking permissions is second to none. We thought the different rules we have in place might be beyond the capabilities of an online platform however, Skedda is *highly* customisable!

Cons: We're yet to find any negatives. The software is well-equipped to deal with any custom booking solution!

Overall: We couldn't recommend Skedda higher! The platform is full of innovative features that have allowed us to operate in a much improved way. 10/10!
