Pros: With Semarchy, we avoid extra costs; we have our data architecture. Data management allows us to have a complete view. It is in-depth.

Cons: It is pretty complex; to get fully complete data and a clear view by addressing the issues from the same direction is tricky.

Overall: I recommend Semarchy because it will help you get accurate data capture, and with the xDM tools, you can get a lot of projections; this will allow you to anticipate the impact of different outcomes. You will simplify any master data cleansing, you will get quality, and you will cover all business domains of the data.

Pros: The MDM solution for Semarchy is excellent and uses band of data models to load the refined data into the MDM , The team have been very supportive in explaining the product and engaging with us for collaboration.

Cons: Vendor has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning, through POC and negotiations and now that we have purchased and have implemented the solution. Focus on customer success is very strong some 12 months into our deployment.

Overall: This has been a good tool to start our MDM journey. We are using this tool to analyze and surface customer duplicates, and master and maintain data mappings. The resolution of customer duplicates across multiple systems is more complex that we first assumed. We needed to bring in external data as a validation source. Expect a significant amount of ETL work to set up and maintain processes to feed xDM. Operationalization of the whole MDM process has taken a significant amount of time.

Pros: Unlike most Master Data Management solutions, this tool is easy to deploy and offers great features and functionalities making it one of the best in the market. The tool is secure and it is cloud based.

Cons: Besides the high cost of implementation, I have not experienced major issues.

Overall: This Master Data Management is the best I have used so far and it works perfectly fine. My experience has been great considering its capabilities
