STRATAFOLIO

Pros: Really, I thought I would always have to manage my leases, loans, and cam recs in spreadsheets. Not True!! STRATAFOLIO can do all that and more. Plus I can give my dad read-only access and he can see everything without having to ask me.

Cons: I wanted to see all my tenant insurance certificates in the system but that won't be available until later this year.

Overall: Incredibly accommodating team. They clearly know their stuff. The onboarding process is quick, clean, and a lot of fun! I honestly will miss working with the team at STRATAFOLIO.

The product is fantastic! It has saved me so much time and money - which is why I decided to implement this in the first place!

Pros: - Very knowledgeable team.
- User friendly system - I got it immediately.
- Everyone can finally have access to all the files, leases, loan information without having to forward emails or give access to a drive.
- CAM this year was a breeze and bonus... my tenants liked the reports they got.
- My banker really liked the rent roll report and how fast I could answer their questions -which sped up the whole process. It was also great to be able to pull large chunks of the personal financial statement out of stratafolio and not have to update a spreadsheet like I used to.

Cons: I realized how many mistakes I had made in my rent tracking for the last several years and how much I actually lost in income!

Overall: Where do I start:
- This team knows what they are doing.
- Great customer service. They really take the time to make sure everything is set up correctly and the way I needed to see it.
- They have a great product that saves me so much time each month. I cannot wait to implement ACH and see how that helps too!

Pros: So simple to use and I can share up-to-date reports with my lenders in just seconds! I look so organized.

Great support team. The Onboarding Team is like no other software I have worked with. They get the problem and help me figure out the best way for me to use the software.

Cons: Nothing! They made me dig up records from filing cabinets because they wanted to make sure everything was complete.

Overall: This company has something really great! I have been looking for a reasonably priced solution that works with QuickBooks and this is the perfect fit for all my needs!

Pros: Ease of use.
One dashboard to see all the properties.
Price.
Support is excellent.
Onboarding extremely detailed and awesome training.

Cons: Needs more reports.
Easier flow on site. Need to dig to find out how to print a report.

Overall: This software platform is by far ahead of the competition.
The fact that you can see all of your property assets and see your "GLOBAL" cash flow is fantastic.
