    "Good software for smart people"

    Pros: 1.The product management directly integrated in the platform.
    2.the segmentation is really powerful.
    3. the golden record management is very good.
    4. the marketing permission history in very well developed.

    Cons: The customization of business roles is not as flexible as in the On Prem version.

    Overall: It's a really good product for people who are smart and don't stop at superficial impressions or prejudices.
    When you start using sap marketing cloud segmentation you can't be be satisfied with other platforms.
